Anglais glass with ribbon cuts

Height 11.5 cm.

The glass has a snapped and sharp pontil underneath, which indicates thats its from before year 1900.
The tradition of ribbon cut glassware comes from the Stockholm hotel "Rydberg".
This hotel orders a larger collection of glasses and bowls where every piece was ribbon cut. This makes a "trend" where ribbon cut glassware became modern.

In Denmark, both Holmegaard and Kastrup Glassworks have made glass with ribbon cuts.
