Porcelain inkwell from the ending of the 19th century.
It is beautifully decorated in overglaze with small fine rose bouquets and a green wreath on both the base and the inkwell itself. There are small scattered bouquets of gold in between.
It is mounted with a bronze edge on both the lid and the saucer. It also has a small foot in bronze. All very fine bronze work.
Note that the inner container for the ink housing is intact.
It is in fine condition, the lid is a bit open and the gold is worn.
It originates from a private Danish collection of 1700s and 1800s porcelain.
