This jar has model number 1194 when it does not have a silver lid.
Beautiful blue-glazed jar from Palshus with original silver lid by Hans Hansen.

The jar is with a soft hare fur glaze that draws yellow or green inside and almost white on the thin edges.
Spoon and lid off in super fine condition without engraving or large traces of wear.

Per Linneman-Schmidt founded together with his wife, Annelise Linneman-Schmidt, Palshus in 1948. Palshus is a contraction of Per and Annelise Linneman-Schmidt's house. They produced ceramics with simple and preferably single-colored glazes with clear inspiration from Japanese stoneware. The workshop closes in 1972.
