Beautiful chandelier from the 1920s on silver painted frame and glass leaves at the top.

This type of prism chandelier is intended to sit close to the ceiling and let the electric light play on the whitewashed ceiling. It has three downward-pointing sockets.
Originally, the chandelier had a top and long chains but has been shortened at one point, which unfortunately was very common to do in the 1970s when the recessed ceilings became modern.

The prism is with angular cut prisms and drops at the bottom, inside with a large glass ball.

It has been repaired and new wires have been put in.
