Unusually detailed chandelier from the 1890s

Beautifully chandelier from the late 1800s.
It has five sockets, two up and three down. that turns on at once.

The chandelier has at the bottom three rows of large ground "icicles" finished with a larger icicle.
Around the mite it has spikes with bowls, around which hangs a garland consisting of brilliant-cut round prisms with hanging "icicles". These spikes and garlands are repeated at the top. The chandelier has no vase on top, so it may hang very close to the ceiling

The prism chandelier has had wires replaced and broken prisms replaced with original antique parts.
