Ulla and Maria Hjort owned and worked at the factory from 1982 and 10 years until it turned into a working museum.

Ulla Hjorth was employed at the factory from 1969 until it closed in 1992.
As a student of Richard Kjærgaard, she was a trained functionalist and believed that a piece of ceramics should fulfill function before aesthetics.

The lidded jar is decorated in brownish colors with a four-leaf clover on the lid.
It is in perfect condition.
