The bottle is mouth blown with a polished pontil underneath.
Stopper and bottle neck are sanded from factory, men they are not a original set, the stopper is a little loose.
Usually these bottles are in clear glass or in dark amber colored glass, either to shut out light or to allow the contents to be visible.

We have never seen a bottle in this color before.
