About Just Andersen:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was one of Denmark’s most prominent designers of the early 20th century. He worked primarily in pewter and his self-developed alloy Disko metal, creating objects that unite functionality, simplicity, and sculptural strength. His oeuvre ranges from applied arts to sculptural works, and today his designs are considered iconic examples of Danish Art Deco.
